68 interested leads for a PPC agency, first the UK then the US

A UK PPC agency that runs Google Ads for fashion and apparel brands. We proved the outbound at home, then scaled the same engine into the US.

A UK agency that runs Google Ads for fashion and apparel brands. They are genuinely good at what they do. The job was to get that in front of more of the right brands: first at home, then across the Atlantic.

The situation

Their edge was a sharp specialism, paid search for clothing and apparel companies, and they wanted a reliable flow of conversations with brands that fit, without leaning on referrals. The UK was the natural place to start, with the much larger US market as the real prize once the message proved out.

What I did

  • Positioned them as specialists, not “a marketing agency” but the Google Ads people for fashion and apparel. That made every email feel relevant rather than generic
  • Kept the targeting tight: clothing and apparel brands only, the kind of businesses that actually invest in paid search
  • Started in the UK to prove the copy and the offer, then scaled the same engine into the US once it was landing
  • Ran four campaigns in total, iterating the copy against real reply data, with the inboxes, domains and lists all set up and managed on my side

The result

Across three months: around 16,800 unique prospects contacted, 385 replies and 68 positive, interested leads, at a clean 0.9% bounce rate. Several of those turned into signed clients, at a healthy return on what they spent with me. The UK proved the model, then the US scaled it.
