Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Tevi Lab Ltd ("Tevi Lab", "we", "us") collects, uses, and safeguards information when you visit this website or get in touch about our services. We are the data controller for the personal data described below. If you have any questions, email archie@tevilab.com.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly, such as your name, email address, company, and anything you share when you book a call or contact us. With your consent, we also collect anonymised, aggregated usage data through Google Analytics to understand how the site is performing (see Cookies & analytics below).

How we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, deliver and improve our services, and communicate with you about your project. Our lawful bases are your consent (for analytics and marketing), and our legitimate interest in running and improving the business. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies & analytics

A cookie is a small file stored on your device. We keep cookies to a minimum and group them into two types:

  • Essential. A single record of your cookie choice so we don't ask you again on every visit. This is stored in your browser and requires no consent.
  • Analytics (optional). We use Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic and see which pages are useful. These cookies only run after you click "Accept" on our cookie banner. We use Google Consent Mode, so nothing analytics-related loads until you opt in. IP addresses are anonymised. If you reject, or simply ignore the banner, no analytics cookies are set.

You can change your mind at any time:

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites using Google's opt-out browser add-on.

Sharing

We only share information with the service providers needed to operate our business (for example, our scheduling tool, email and outreach platforms, website hosting, and Google Analytics) and where required by law. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.

Data retention

We keep enquiry and client information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal or accounting obligations, then delete it. Google Analytics data is retained according to the limits set in our Analytics account.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email archie@tevilab.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
