These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the agreement between you ("Client", "you", "your") and Tevi Lab Ltd ("Tevi Lab", "we", "us", "our") regarding our cold email outreach services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Tevi Lab runs fully-managed cold email campaigns designed to generate warm conversations and new opportunities for your business. This includes:
We run a consistent volume of outreach each month to qualified prospects in your target market.
We buy, set up, and manage all the deliverability infrastructure your campaign needs, at our own cost. This includes:
All of this is bought and maintained by us, so there's nothing for you to set up or pay for separately. This lets us keep deliverability strong and scale safely.
Our service runs on a simple weekly rate. Your first two weeks of setup are free, so billing only begins once your campaign goes live.
Once your campaign is live there is a four-week minimum, because cold email needs a few weeks to warm up and start landing replies. After that initial period, the engagement continues week to week with no long-term contract.
You can cancel at any time after the four-week minimum. To do so, just let us know in writing (an email to archie@tevilab.com is fine) before the start of your next weekly billing date. We'll wind down sending at the end of the week you've already paid for, and you won't be charged for any week after that. Weeks that have already started are non-refundable.
Cold email results depend on factors outside our control, including your market, offer, pricing, and how quickly you follow up on the leads we hand over. Because of this, we do not guarantee any specific number of replies, leads, meetings, or sales, or any particular return on your investment. We commit to running your campaign professionally and to a high standard, but outcomes are not guaranteed.
Tevi Lab will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue or missed sales. Our total liability is capped at the fees paid in the four weeks prior to any claim.
We act on your instruction and take all reasonable steps to send responsibly, but responsibility for how leads and responses are handled once they are handed over to you lies with you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may occasionally update these Terms. You'll be notified of any material changes in writing.
