One outbound engine pointed at five brands under a single US trade-services group: painting, roofing, staffing, landscaping and more.
A US group provides trade services (painting, roofing, staffing, landscaping and more) to the companies under its umbrella. Instead of one thing to sell, it had several brands to fill, and wanted a single outbound engine that could feed all of them.
The situation
Each brand had its own buyers and its own pitch, but the group didn’t want five separate agencies or five disconnected systems. They wanted one solution that could work across every brand they service, run consistently, and be managed in one place.
What I did
- Built a separate campaign for each of five service brands, so every pitch stayed sharp and specific
- Blended the targeting cleverly under each campaign (site managers at manufacturing plants, warehouses, contracting firms and trades) so the copy stayed personal at scale
- Doubled down on infrastructure for the volume, with the inboxes and domains set up and paid for on my side
The result
In the first two months the campaigns produced 50+ positive leads, spread evenly across all five brands, and several have already turned into deals. One engine, five pipelines, no extra headcount on their side.
