The situation
A manufacturer was shifting more of its supply chain into operations in the Philippines and needed to reach the right buyers quickly (manufacturers, businesses with products they might want made, and local Philippine manufacturers) without building an outbound team from scratch.

- Built a tightly-targeted, global list of relevant decision-makers in the right job functions
- Set up and warmed dedicated inboxes so the campaign could send safely at volume
- Wrote sequences focused on the specific value of the supply-chain shift
The result
From 4,000+ emails, the campaign opened 122+ conversations and produced 29 positive leads, turning into in-person meetings, factory visits and a steady run of calls. The campaign is still active, and the client has since started paying for large blocks of work upfront at a preferred rate.
